Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Eric Brady is back, although his portrayer, Greg Vaughan, didn’t think that he would be returning to his daytime television roots or at least, anytime soon. Days of Our Lives News: Greg Vaughan Previews What’s Next For Eric Brady
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Eric is back in Salem and apparently he’s back in church, too. For Greg Vaughan, he’s happy to be back in familiar territory. He told Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, “I thought I closed that door and left it behind me. But I do see the purpose and the reason. It’s not the main focal point, but it was a good reason to come back and for me to revisit everybody after Covid and the shutdown. It was fun and it helped kind of kick-start the story again.”
Greg, who first made his debut as Eric Brady back in 2012, admits that he’s excited to see what’s next for his character and whether or not he will be making amends with his past or he’ll be more focused on his future. That of course is going to be difficult seeing how he’s got some things to sort out with his ex Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker).
“I just want to take it down a new road,” Greg explained, when it comes to his plans for Eric. “I’m very curious. I’m really taking a different approach, and just trying to see if I can navigate where his path leads him. I just want it to be interesting. DAYS has been such an integral part of who I am and I’m proud of what I’ve been able to do in my time here. It’s just been great and I’m really trying to show that there’s been a growth experience for Eric between where he was and where he is now.”

So very happy he is back hoping that he is back for the long haul and that him and Nicole can make amends and get back together I truly believe he is her soulmate cause every time she has wandered off course it has led her straight back to him
i am happy eric is back as a priest. he is going to have to get rid of the devil in his nephew and whoever it possesses. i love his character, he and Nichole make a wonderful couple. sure things go messed up but i really believe he and Nichole should be together. but needs to be a priest for a while, hope he stays for the long haul. i missed him when he left. Salem needs some good in it considering the evil that is going on now.cant wait for it to be over with
