As much as she wants to put her differences to the side, she’s about to experience a very awkward Thanksgiving, for better or for worse. Keep reading for all the latest spoilers.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Summers Gets A Rude Awakening On Thanksgiving
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Sharon is surprised to hear that Phyllis wants to help when she sees her preparing to provide a Thanksgiving meal for the Genoa City homeless. But before Sharon can give her a task of things to do, Nick enters the room and needless to say, things are still pretty awkward between them, with Phyllis feeling like the odd man out. Or at least, that’s the way she feels at the moment.
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Michelle Stafford, who plays Phyllis on the hit CBS soap, says she’s put in a situation that she’s all too familiar with. She puts it this way, “Phyllis doesn’t want to get jealous of them. It is what it is. Phyllis is not feeling intimidated or challenged by how they get along. They have history.”
With that said though, it sounds like even Phyllis isn’t sure if she’s over Nick yet but at the time time Stafford adds, “Back in the day, she used to feel threatened by their relationship but she isn’t anymore. She’s more like, ‘Screw you, and she’s out.’”
Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Gets A Wild Surprise
However, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that by the time Phyllis gets back to her hotel room, she’s surprised to hear a pounding at her door. When she opens to see who it is, she’s left shocked. Stafford previews, “Phyllis is then taken on a special journey that’s a real wild ride. There are some really cool scenes coming.”
Could it be that Nick might not be over Phyllis yet either? Is he having second thoughts, too? Maybe, maybe not. Needless to say, The Young and the Restless fans will have to tune in for all of the action! Y&R airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.
