There’s heavy speculation suggesting that Ridge might actually not get upset when he finds out that Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) might possibly take his designs, ideas, and whatever is left of his creations and move to the house of Logan.
While no fashion house wants to lose their most talented designers, Ridge might have his reasons for allowing Zende to walk away.
That’s because everything that he has worked on, including Hope For The Future, just hasn’t produced the kind of results that Ridge or even Eric Forrester (John McCook) would like to see at Forrester Creations.
Just recently, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers said that Delon was quite upset when he told Ridge that he just couldn’t understand RJ Forrester and Electra Forrester’s vision for their new line and also made it clear that they just don’t have the experience that is needed for this level of fashion.
But at the same time, Ridge might think that while Delon certainly does have the experience, he lacks the vision to have a line in his own name, too. That’s why there’s a good chance that he’s not going to stand in the way when Zende walks out the door of FC for one very last time.
For Zende that’s going to hurt, but it might also be best to just move forward in his own career at Logan, too. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.

I think Ridge knows Zende is a talented designer but he may also know that Zende doesn't have that kind of pizzazz to carry his own line.Also even though i'm sure Ridge isn't racist he may know Zende been black could be a liability to any fashion line Zende creates since Ridge may know there are fashion critics who might be racist and thus might not be favorable towards Zende.
