Now that Claire has her life on track and is out from under Jordan Howard’s (Colleen Zenk) influence, could that girl from school show up to exact revenge after all of this time?
Claire got an alert to remind her of Jordan’s birthday on the September 22 show. Claire mentioned that a new girl at school once held a party on the same day as Claire and Jordan pushed her to do something about it.
Jordan was furious with this girl because all of the other girls attended her party instead of Claire’s. Jordan insisted that Claire do something to make her pay.
Jordan forced Claire to tells lies that ended up getting the new girl expelled from school. Claire insisted that she never seen the girl again, but she had always been bothered by her actions.
Jordan has been a very bad influence on Claire all of her life, and now Claire is trying to deal with her past and the things she was pushed to do.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) tried to comfort her daughter, but Claire refused to allow that. Jordan may have been a huge influence on Claire, but Claire still felt guilty over what she had done.
Claire admitted that she may have erased some of the traces of Jordan in her life, but some things may continue to pop up from time to time.
Why are the writers spending so much time on a story that seems to mean nothing to what is going on with Claire now? Claire cannot change things now and this girl should have gotten over this years ago.
However, that does not seem to be the case. Could this be ready to come back and bite Claire after all these years?
What if Claire’s actions caused this girl to lose scholarships or something to do with her education? This girl may have been from a wealthy family, but what if there was lasting results from what Claire did? Could Claire’s lies have caused this girl to not even finish her education, let alone drop out of sight and disappear?
Claire’s concerns could come back to bite her if this girl shows up for revenge and uses something to get even with Claire.
Will Claire lose everything she has worked for because of this woman’s actions to make her pay? Could someone from Claire’s past end up returning and causing her to lose everything after all of this time?
