Fans React To The Storyline

While Nick believes he’s doing something good for Marie, it could end up biting him in the butt. He lied to the police and tried to cover up the death of Logan Kirkland (Tommy Walker).

Why? Because he didn’t want Marie to get in trouble and possibly spiral down addiction again. What may seem like Nick being a “good guy” was genuinely just a stupid idea. They should have immediately gone to the police.

The worst part is that Nick doesn’t seem to feel any better about the situation. He was visibly frustrated with how it is playing out, and now we’re concerned that he may end up relapsing after this.

He’s been walking on thin ice already, and his association with Marie is not good. They think they are leaning on each other, but really it feels like they’re just using each other.

If he gives back into his addiction because of this, it will paint Marie as one of the most hated characters in recent memory.

Most likely, she will wind up in jail. But hey, at least she won’t be able to use drugs behind bars! Meanwhile, Nick will feel guilty about it for some reason because he has a hero complex and likely end up right back where he started.
