The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 25 hint that a reconciled couple is tested, a comeback is in play, and an agreement causes issues.

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) wants to return to medicine after a hand injury derailed his career. On Tuesday Nate tells Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) his dream is to return to being a surgeon.

Victor doesn’t want Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to be Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) sponsor and this causes tension with Nikki. According to her Nick is the only one who has a vote in the matter.

Is Victor so craven that he would wish his son to have an inferior sponsor? Jack’s guidance will be golden and for once Victor needs to put someone’s welfare above his own.
