The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, August 12 reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) airs her opinion, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) spills the tea and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) discovers that something is wrong about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Let’s start with disillusioned billionaire Devon Winters (Bryton James). He thinks his happiness lays in leaving the family company to start a liberal arts college. And he expects Lily and Nate Winters (Sean Dominic) to pick up the slack.

Devon’s Wildest Dream

Nate is ready to pivot back to medicine and doesn’t know how to react to Devon’s news. Nate doesn’t want to let Devon down, but Lily counsels him to do what’s best for him, not the man who ended his surgical career.

Cane thinks Billy is chasing his tail and wants Jack to get him focused on his job. But is Jack really Billy’s keeper?

Elsewhere, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) faces the consequences of a drug-fueled night with newbie Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow). He’s better than this!
Nick overdosed and almost died in front of his family, and after a period of being clean he’s back at square one.
