The Young And The Restless Spoilers Wednesday, August 5: Victor & Nikki Say ‘I Do’ Matt Meets Trouble Twice

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, August 5 hint that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) encounters hiccups while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) thrills Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) with his generosity and surprise visitors.

Victor and Nikki are back to living together at the ranch where he once again pops the question to her. Nikki is delighted to become a Mrs. for the umpteenth time and eagerly says yes.
Niktor in Love

It’s only natural for Nikki and Victor to want to renew their vows in front of their friends and family. This includes Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway), Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).
Even Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is there although he really should be in rehab but that’s another story.

Nikki and Victor Wed Again

Nick had a bad experience in rehab and it’s understandable that he would want to leave. But his demons are not conquered so it’s possible that he returns or tries alternative treatments.
Nick is surprised to learn about Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) leaving GC and this will factor into his next move.

Noah is leaving because of Matt and thus Nick doubles down on his vow to protect the Newman’s from the menace.

Victor and Nikki Are Finally Happy

Speaking of Matt, he is pursuing fellow trouble magnet Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) but he has other issues to deal with.

On Wednesday, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) corners Matt at the GCAC and questions him about his alliance with Victor. Will Cane offer Matt a job working for him and against Victor?

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) also gets in Matt’s grill. Adam is steamed that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) revealed his secret deal with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and he could spill some of his wrath on to Matt.

Adam Warns Matt

Adam secretly bought back a NE company from Sally and she was supposed to keep this secret. Not only does Adam feel blindsided, he feels betrayed.

There is no love lost between Adam and Matt and The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that their encounter could turn ugly, so stay tuned!
