Previews for Tuesday are centered on Nikki and fans know she is traveling a hard road right now. The preview for Tuesday reveals that Nikki is very down thinking about her vision following a surgery for a brain mass.
Nikki’s vision was faltering before the operation and she was given a 50/50 chance for improvement post-op.
Spoilers indicate that Tuesday’s Y&R episode is centered on Nikki and how she is navigating her new life. She is understandably upset as she contemplates the future.
Nikki wants to be fiercely independent as she navigates her sudden blindness but the experience is overwhelming.
Nikki’s family including Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have rallied around her and she is back at the ranch after being kicked out of her home by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Apparently things will get worse before they get better for Nikki. She had hoped to be able to see when her bandages came off but that was not the case.
However, Tuesday’s cliffhanger could end with Nikki’s vision starting to return.
Is this a preview of what is to come?
On Wednesday’s show fans may see a twist coming in the plot surrounding Nikki’s vision. Is the show building up to a crescendo regarding the return of her eyesight?
Dr. Nowling (Doug Tompos) is Nikki’s physician and he said there was no guarantee about the success of the procedure. But he did say that as her optic nerve healed the chance that she would get her sight back improved.
Nikki was disappointed after the bandages were removed but spoilers point to her having a change in attitude soon.
The Young and the Restless spoilers imply that Nikki and Victor have a moment of clarity before the week of July 27-31 ends and we predict this means that good news is coming for the longtime couple.

Are you kidding me, if this is a taste of the news writers I will watch hallmark instead! This Nikki taking up the whole show is just the writers taking the day off. Boring boring boring waste of our time.
