Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) was recently involved in a physical altercation. So, like her nine-time husband, she can’t control herself.
Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) outburst at the beach house his dad gave him was wrong. But at least youth and the existence of a love triangle could be fairly cited as explanations, not excuses, for what happened.
If someone was married to a person once and then divorced that person, well, hearts change. It would also be reasonable to support those same two people remarrying, at some point in the future, because they realized a mutual mistake.
But how in the name of all that’s soapy can anyone, anywhere, including this version of Los Angeles, California, justify marrying someone nine times?
In short, no one can. Yet, Brooke and Ridge have justified their so-called eight remarriages as so-called destiny.
No, it’s not destined that anyone should legally divorce the same person eight times or eight different people one time each.
So, knowing that someone is a bit kooky, it’s not surprising that she, in this case, Brooke, would also have slapped her younger sister across the face for self-centered reasons.
Bill is wearing his sword necklace again. He didn’t plan to put it on until Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) said that he should.
That came after their remarriage. They’ve been married three times. So, one would need to multiply their unions by three to equal Brooke’s and Ridge’s nuptial count.
Bill had every right to encourage Katie to leave Forrester Creations. There was nothing wrong with her doing that because she wasn’t obligated to work for the Forrester family forever.
Katie had every right to accept Bill’s wedding gift and found Logan. Brooke vehemently disagreed, and Ridge backed her because they share a similar superior personality type.
Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) blood doesn’t flow through Ridge’s veins because Massimo Marone (Joseph Mascolo) had an affair with Stephanie many decades ago.
Massimo was mob-connected, with that dark-side element seemingly inherited by Ridge.
Bill is no angel. Neither is Ridge. They share various points in common, which is one reason why they don’t get along and likely never will.
However, in this particular storyline, Ridge and Brooke are the arguable villains who have laid their hands on Bill and Katie, respectively. With all the hand-wringing about the Spencers’ lack of morality, Ridge and Brooke are the ones who broke the law.
