Erika Kirk Is Tired Of Being Misjudged For This Reason
Just recently, Erika was forced to defend herself after a New York Times piece hit back at her for her very conservative comments that she made at a Turning Point USA event.
According to the Washington Post, Charlie Kirk’s wife is encouraging young women to put their careers on hold and instead focus on their families.
She believes that it’s a good idea for women to have as many children as possible, even if they can’t afford it.
Then again, anyone who has been paying attention to the things that Erika has said and done in the past will know that she is very pro-family.
In fact, Erika has mentioned that she and Charlie did plan on expanding their family before he was fatally shot and killed back in September.
For the blonde bombshell, enough is enough. Erika took to her X account to write, “This @nytimes op-ed completely misses the point on the purpose of marriage and children and completely misrepresents my views in the process.”
She continued, “The entire article is laced with viewing family through the lens of money and career as if those things bring fulfillment and purpose.
When you’re on your death bed, your money and your career won’t be whispering in your ear ‘I love you’ as you take your last breath. The material goods and fortune of this world mean nothing when we go to our eternal resting place.”
