It looks like Melania Trump does have a little competitive streak in her after all.

In fact, there’s some speculation suggesting that the First Lady of the United States is paying particular attention to Michelle Obama and that there seems to be a good reason behind it as well. Keep reading below for all the details you need to know.

Is Melania Trump Trying To Compete With Michelle Obama?

According to Politico, Melania has been a little more involved when it comes to some of the policies that are near and dear to her heart, like when she advocated for the Fostering the Future legislation.

If that weren’t enough, Melania also became the first First Lady ever to preside over the United Nations Security Council.

Just to recall, the First Lady and members of the United Nations Security Council had a meeting on children in conflict during the same time that the United States was attacking Iran, according to the Washington Post. Talk about bad timing, right?

Even though Melania made history for being the first First Lady to preside over the United Nations Security Council, a lot of people couldn’t help but point out the hypocrisy of her wanting to save children while her husband was bombing cities in one of the most volatile regions in the world.

And because there’s been some speculation suggesting that Michelle Obama is looking to run for president in 2028, there’s a good chance that Melania has decided to step things up on her end.

Melania Trump Has Become Very Ambitious

Because clearly, she might think that whatever Michelle Obama can do, she can do better, right? Or at least that’s what it’s looking like from the outside in. But whether or not Melania really does want to compete with Michelle Obama for attention though remains to be seen.

So far Melania Trump has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
