During a recent Turning Point USA event, Erika went on the record to tell young mothers to put their careers on hold (or not think of them at all) and instead, have as many babies as possible, even if her family can’t afford it.

Erika also said, “ “I just want to encourage all of you, to the men, you are called to provide, you are called to lead, to anchor your families in strength and consistency.

To the women, you are called to nurture, to build, to shape lives with wisdom and endurance.

These are not secondary callings. They are among the most significant ways a life can be rightly ordered.”

For a lot of critics though, they believe Erika’s either lost the plot or she simply doesn’t understand just how much it costs to raise one child, let alone multiple ones. That’s why she’s getting roasted on both sides of the aisle.

What’s Next For Erika Kirk?

Many critics have even commented with, “Anything beyond what you can afford, is simply reckless. Always within your means only.

What is this woman even talking about? She makes no sense.”

Another one said, “Are you going to help support expanding healthcare, childcare, housing affordability for these women because if not what are you even talking about?”

And then there was this comment as well: “The same individuals who criticise single mothers and families on welfare now advocate for women to have more children than their families can afford.”

“Have more babies than you can afford in a country without access to affordable healthcare sounds like a wild idea.”

So far Erika Kirk herself has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
