Jack understood that his strategy to deceive Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) into believing they could have a future was fraught with risk, but he will soon realize just how significant that risk truly is.
As the week of June 22-26 unfolds, Patty will unleash some more severe threats.
She will remind Jack that Diane’s safety hinges on his compliance with her demands, potentially becoming more aggressive in making her point.
Jack will continue to try to placate Patty while he seeks additional information.
Ultimately, it seems Jack will uncover that Diane is actually at Dr. Laurence Markham’s (Jere Burns) residence, rather than at a clinic with another physician, as Patty has been claiming.
If Diane manages to crack the password on her phone, she might even relay this crucial information to Jack herself.
Nonetheless, there’s a chance that Jack might discover additional clues leading him to Dr. Markham’s residence instead.
Regardless of the outcome, Jack plans to share his findings with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and hopes to trick Dr. Markham into vacating the area.
If Jack can manage to get Diane alone, his chances of breaking in and rescuing her will significantly improve.
Billy will be concerned about the potential repercussions for both Jack and Diane if Dr. Markham becomes aware of their intentions.
Still, Jack may believe this is his best course of action and will not allow Diane to remain in captivity with Dr. Markham for even a moment longer.
Eventually, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will reunite with Jack for some strategic planning.
Jack will require Kyle’s help for the next phase, and his son will assist him in executing a risky plan that involves Patty.
It’s possible that Kyle will want to confront Dr. Markham directly to assess whether Patty is truly as rehabilitated as she claims.
Kyle may pretend to be open to accepting Jack and Patty’s relationship if Patty can demonstrate her sanity.
If Kyle manages to keep Patty and Dr. Markham occupied, it might create an opportunity for Jack to sneak into the doctor’s house for a thrilling rescue of Diane.
It seems likely that Y&R will eventually have Jack stepping in as Diane’s savior, but there’s also a possibility that this plan could backfire!
Of course, if that happens, then Jack and Kyle will have to go back to the drawing board and try, try again-if Diane’s location isn’t changed because of their rescue attempt!
