And by that, we mean running for president of the United States. There are several reports suggesting that the former first lady of the United States is looking to throw her name in the hat in the hopes that she can put the Democrats back in action, per The Hill.

However, back in January, Michelle said that the world might not be ready for a female president in the United States.

During an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast (via NBC4), she said, “As we saw in this past election, sadly, we ain’t ready. That’s why I’m like, don’t even look at me about running, because you all are lying. You’re not ready for a woman. You are not.”

But for Melania Trump, she’s actually in shock that Michelle would do such a thing. Not only that, but she feels as though Michelle’s presidential campaign might overshadow all of the work that she’s put in these last few years.

The last thing that Melania wants right now is for someone to steal her thunder, and especially someone like Michelle Obama.

After all, Michelle is still very popular when it comes to both the mainstream media and the public.

Because Melania knows that the moment Michelle hits the campaign trail running, no one is going to bother to even pay attention to the current first lady anymore, no matter how hard she tries to make sure that her name goes in the history books for the right reasons.

That’s why Melania doesn’t want to see Michelle Obama run for president. Plus, she knows it’s going to get nasty when she does.

After all, there are even reports by Times Now that suggests Michelle running for president might all just be one huge social media joke at this point.
