The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Will Sues Forrester For Unlawful Termination

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers reveal that Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) was fired from Forrester Creations over something that happened away from the office.

However, RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) has been harassing Will for months, especially at work. Could Will add to Forrester Creations issues by suing for unlawful termination?

RJ Forrester Has Been The Aggressor

Will has been doing nothing but his job at Forrester Creations ever since he began working there. Ever since RJ has returned to the company, he has had it out for Will.

RJ has been trying to move in on Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) since the first time he met her. RJ even went as far as to kiss Electra without any provocation.

Electra made it clear that she didn’t want RJ making such advances toward her. However RJ has refused to listen to Electra which irritated Will even more.

RJ has continued to try to sabotage Will and Electra’s relationship from day one. Ivy Forrester (Ashley Brewer) has helped to try and push Electra into RJ’s arms instead of allowing her to reunite with Will.

RJ Forrester Is Jealous Of Will Spencer

RJ and Will have always had issues when it comes to jealousy. RJ is extremely jealous of Will and seems to have issues with everyone that Will dates too.

RJ certainly didn’t like it when Will was hired at Forrester Creations because he doesn’t feel like he belongs there. RJ wants will working with his father, Bill Spencer and the rest of their family instead.

It can’t help that RJ’s crazy ex went to all of the trouble to drug Will so she could sleep with him after she was supposedly killed by a gunshot by Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

RJ loved Luna Nozawa (ex-Lisa Yamada) and couldn’t help but be upset by her actions. Somehow, RJ seems to blame Will for Luna’s obsession as well as everything else she did to be with him.

None Of This Is Will Spencer’s Fault

No matter how much RJ wants to blame this one Will, it is not justified. Will is not the one to blame for the constant bickering at the workplace and RJ has had not time of punishment at all.

It is obvious that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is taking sides because RJ is his son and not because RJ isn’t at fault. Can Will prove he was unlawfully fired?

This might be a very good time for Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) to tie Forrester Creations up in a huge lawsuit.

If nothing else, the suit could certainly cause issues while Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) continues to build her brand and even reveals her new design team. Will this firing work to the Logan advantage?
