This time around we are talking about RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) as a lot of fans just don’t see the purpose of this character staying on the show longer than he has to.
That’s mostly because RJ is very much a Forrester. In other words, he acts just like Thomas and Steffy as his whole personality is just about hating the Spencers. That, and a lot of fans aren’t sold on him wanting to date his cousin.
Clearly, many The Bold and the Beautiful fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “The previous RJ was a better hybrid, but this one is definitely Douglas/Marrone. I don’t know why they didn’t bring the other actor back and why they went in this direction with RJ’s personality.”
“I don’t think the viewers are entertained by an elderly 20-something acting like a spoiled brat. There is nothing alluring about him.”
Another critic of the show wrote, “RJ’s attitude and throwing his weight around is nothing new and we’ve seen it from Ridge, two versions of Rick, Steffy, Thomas and even Hope 1.0 back when she was the show’s favorite pet.
What happened to the influencer who had to be forced into the family business?”
But then there was this comment as well: “The current RJ is far more emotive than the last one. I can’t fathom the last RJ ever being capable of performing this script with any believability.”
“The current actor is doing a good job of doing as he’s directed, — portraying an annoying, obsessed heir of a major fashion house.”
Then again, B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what’s going to happen next.

I have never cared for the character of R.J. regardless of who is in the role. But this last actor just wears out the fast-forward feature on my remote. Yes, he definitely is a character that you could without. I was glad Will punched him - too bad it wasn't in his smirky face. LOL!
