Of course, we are talking about Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) as it seems like no matter how hard anyone tries, fans of the soap just can’t accept them as a couple.
That’s not just because Taylor is a homewrecker, but also because a lot of people believe that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) didn’t deserve to be treated that way by Deacon, seeing how she’s tried so hard to turn all of her wrongs into rights.
Not only that, but a lot of viewers have also pointed out that Deacon and Sheila have almost no chemistry together, even when they are getting busy between the sheets.
You’d think that the producers would have picked up on that already, right?
Clearly, many B&B fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “I’m tired of Deacon being so smug and acting like he’s the hottest thing created. Even when he was with Bridgette I never saw the appeal. He is arrogant and self centered and it’s not all that tbh.”
Another critic of the show wrote, “When I look at how Deacon started and look at him now Taylor is no better than Brooke or her daughter.
All trash. And it’s particularly disgusting that a supposedly world-renowned psychiatrist is flaunting this relationship like that.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I forgot about that whole storyline until I saw them kiss and I yelled. These two just need to go away and never come back. Done with them.”
Now, as far as what happens next remains to be seen. B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come!
