The actress just dropped a major hint about her future and of course, a lot of people are intrigued and want to know what’s going on.
The actress announced that she was leaving the show over the weekend. And on Monday, she also posted a new photo of herself in front of the General Hospital studios and captioned it with, “Adventure was had. Adventures ahead. Tell you more June 12.”
Could this possibly mean that she’s moving back to Salem and rejoining the case of Days of Our Lives? Or does she have a new primetime opportunity lined up for herself? Inquiring minds definitely want to know!
Before Kate joined the cast of General Hospital, she played Abigail Deveraux on Days of Our Lives for many memorable years.
GH Executive Producer Frank Valentin did release a statement that said, “We love Kate and support her decision to leave. The door is always open and we appreciate all that she has added to the show these past three years.”
With all of that said, if Kate does return to DOOL, a lot of people also can’t help but wonder what’s going to happen to the character of Kristina in Port Charles. After all, she is part of a legacy family and it’s not like she can be forgotten forever, right?
So far Kate Mansi herself has not made any additional comments about the matter, but we will definitely update you with all of the latest details the moment they come in. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come!
