The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Patty’s Obsession Leads To Matt’s Kidnapping

The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) is becoming very attached to Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) now that they have connected.

Patty sees Matt as being the only person who believes she has changed and she wants to keep him close to her. Will Patty kidnap Matt to hinder his possible arrest?

Matt Clark Has Amnesia

Matt has amnesia after being hit in the head by Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). However, Matt has been told about some of the horrendous things he has done in his past.

Patty is aware of Matt’s past as well and what Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is up to something with the Newmans. Patty has already saved Matt from this.

Patty may not know exactly what is going on, but she saved Matt from Phyllis and now the leverage Phyllis had to make a deal with the Newmans is gone.

Patty is beginning to feel as though Matt can see the real version of her that she wants everyone else to believe is true. Unfortunately, Patty just may kidnap Matt to keep him on her side.

Nick Newman Is Determined To Get Matt Clark

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) swears he has made a deal with Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell).

However, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) do not buy what Nick is telling them.

Nick has been saying for weeks that the only way to stop Matt is to kill him. Why would Nick suddenly change his mind?

Patty saved Matt from Nick getting a hold of him. However, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is determined to get his hands on Matt as well.

At some point, Victor is going to have to take a break and force his son to get help for his addiction. However, once Nick is getting the help he needs, Victor will stop at nothing to make Matt pay.

How Far Will Patty Williams Go?

Let’s be honest, not too many people in Genoa City want anything to do with Patty. Patty has been obsessed with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for decades.

However, Patty could transfer her obsession with Jack to Matt now that he is spending so much time with her. Patty could very easily fall for Matt since he is paying attention to her, will she become obsessed?

Patty may decide that she would rather have Matt, who seems to accept her as she is instead of Jack.

After all, Jack has made it abundantly clear that he wants to be with his wife and wants nothing to do with Patty. Could Patty and Matt join forces to make Victor pay?  Will Patty simply hold Matt hostage, much like Phyllis, until he sees things her way?
