The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Logan War Erupts As Forrester Faces Its Worst Nightmare

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Forrester Creations believes that it has a deep bench and all is well. Complacency is often exploited by aggressive opportunists in the business world.

Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) made an accurate assessment, despite natural favoritism.

He determined that his wife hadn’t been treated fairly in her position as the head of FC’s Public Relations department for many years.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) shrugged off her then-ex-husband’s words for years. But his wedding gift barked loudly when they reconciled and remarried.

Logan Is More Than A Name

Logan represents who Katie was, is, and can be. In contrast, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been unable to see her youngest sister as anything more than an envious sibling.

The initial controversy that erupted when Katie left FC and announced she was forming her own fashion house was dismissive.

Brooke and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) felt that Katie was over her skis and wouldn’t carve anything more than a niche in the rag trade.

But the intensity level ratcheted up many degrees when Katie centered on a name for her company. Brooke was apoplectic and took that choice as a personal insult.

Forrester Family Creates Self-Inflicted Wounds

FC is a behemoth. Logan is in no way comparable to a fashion house that’s been around for decades and has name recognition and a reputation that’s respected across the globe.

So, giving Logan attention was foolish. Doing so provided Katie’s business with an untold amount of free publicity.

But then Eric Forrester (John McCormick) returned to his family’s business because he realized leaving FC in haste was wrong. Brooke and Ridge were wrong to believe that Katie and Bill took advantage of Eric. He knew what he was doing, with that opinion actually being condescending of McCook’s character.

Alienating Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is another self-inflicted wound. FC has to have enough capital to at least allow Hope For The Future’s line to be given a restart date.

That must be true because Ridge insists that HFTF isn’t being discontinued and will return soon.

Katie Logan Spencer Won’t Let This One Go

Logan would be in a great position if Eric decided to stay on board. He didn’t, and everyone has moved on.

Bill deserves credit for keeping Eric’s designs and using them because he offered them and was fairly compensated.

But, as Bill and Katie know, they need to follow Eric’s smashing collection with something else.

That something appears to be whatever Hope’s new vision will be. She likely can’t use the same tag line as she did at FC for intellectual property reasons.

So, a variation on her name, as was true with Katie and Logan, will be produced and surely create a wild response.
