The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Is Responsible For The Toxic Work Environment

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that eventually, someone was going to say it.

At this point, it’s safe to say that a lot of people would agree that it’s Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) who creates a very toxic work environment at Forrester Creations.

Steffy Is Responsible For The Toxic Work Environment

During the latest episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) even told his daughter Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that he doesn’t need a headline that says Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is leaving Forrester Creations because she’s been mistreated.

If that weren’t enough, even Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint Victor) got into the conversation, and pretty much said that Steffy is the one who is responsible for Hope leaving the company simply because she took things way too personal.

As much as Steffy wants to behave like she is above everyone else, she does take things very personally. Steffy keeps bringing up the fact she doesn’t know how to run a company but she helped Carter run FC and nobody lost their lines.

It’s also pretty obvious, and especially to someone like Hope, that Steffy runs all the lines at Forrester Creations by who dated her ex and how jealous they are that Ridge might have loved someone as a child.

What’s Really Going On With Steffy?

That said, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest it’s only a matter of time before Hope Logan walks away from Forrester Creations and moves on to Logan.

And yes, there’s a very good chance that she’s going to be given a position that will make her just as powerful as her rival Steffy.

Now, as far as what’s going to happen next remains to be seen. Clearly, B&B fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next!
