She was rattled and this could carry over when she talks to Deke. These two formed a fast friendship after he found her eating dumpster food. He got her a job at Il Giardino and has a soft spot for her.

Thus, Dylan may feel comfortable unburdening herself to him. With Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) prioritizing Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace), Dylan likely won’t want to bother him.

Besides, Electra would blow a fuse if Dylan turned to Will for help.
