Katie stole her name and Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) designs. But both people should pursue new paths.
Logan is not Brooke’s property. It’s a family name passed to her, Katie, and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) by their father, Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy), who was last seen three calendar years ago in Los Angeles, California.
In the meantime, this sibling battle continues. Although it would be more accurate to call this conflict an improper assault by Brooke on her younger sister. She’s not been a good role model and needs to be corrected.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t going to tell Brooke that she’s wrong. He’s lovey-dovey again with the woman he remarried for the eighth time in recent months, with their ninth overall marriage happening in the Forrester Creations executive suite. How classy?
So, Stephen’s return to LA is needed more than ever. Brooke needs her father’s direction.
The last viewers saw Duffy’s character, he was paired with his real-life significant other, Linda Purl (Lucy, no last name for her character).
That on-screen connection could be updated as part of a Logan family comeback that would help Katie deal with the unrelenting pressure Brooke is putting on her.
Lucy has appeared in two different short stints with Stephen. So, it would be logical to catch up with them, likely with Donna informing her dad that his help is needed.
Eric pursued Katie, first volunteering to be her mentor. Later, without any solicitation on her or Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) part, he offered to design Logan’s debut collection.
The buzz in the fashion world was palpable when Katie and Bill announced their plans. Eric, Ridge, and Brooke showed up to crash the party, but their intentions flopped, with the soap tension setting the fashion press aflame.
All of the above gave Logan an uncountable amount of free publicity that any startup company could only dream of. So, Eric should realize that playing off what happened and following up with another collection for FC is the right way to go.
To say that Brooke has taken Katie’s actions too personally would be exactly right. She has, and it’s needlessly giving Logan a major boost.
Eric needs to reset his bruised ego while Ridge is too busy coddling Brooke’s wrath aimed at Katie. So, Stephanie Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) needs to right this ship. She can see clearly and needs to help refocus the family business.
If Brooke’s dad doesn’t return to town, then this contentious and hurtful scenario will play on. It is good soap, but it can also be helped if Duffy revisits his daytime home again.

Brooke, Ridge, Eric and Steffy need to get off the bashing wagon they are on and for
once listen to Donna. Because apparently Eric doesn't have enough manhood to tell Ridge&Brooke that he went to Katie. And this is all their faults .
