She’s adamant about Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) not being part of Electra Forrester’s (Laneya Grace) life, which is very strange.
It was understandable when Ivy first began raising issues about Will having a seeming Sword of Damocles hanging over his head. But that ancient Greek legend was referenced to reinforce a plot point.
Soap fans are smart, and they knew Brewer’s character was overexerting herself when she first began offering assertive suggestions that cast doubt on Will’s purpose in Electra’s life.
That happened during the period when he was found to be the father of Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) baby.
It was a shame that Luna miscarried the child she was carrying. While that baby was conceived through deception, the child was one that Will came to care for and promised to raise if he or she was born.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) promised Will that they would employ a lawyer to gain full custody rights.
Morrow’s character wouldn’t have to worry about Luna having any influence over their child, and their family’s influence would ensure that the baby had a good life.
Ivy totally dismissed the terrible situation Will was forced into by Luna. She didn’t acknowledge that Will was victimized and instead presented him to Electra as someone who drew trouble into his life.
Ivy doesn’t like the Spencer family and insists that Electra’s non-blood relative, RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti), is the only man for her.
Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire) said it best. She told Ivy, during another confrontation, that she changed Electra’s life with her actions.
Ivy feels pride in having kept a letter that Electra wrote for Will. Taking it was purposeful because she knew the contents likely would have kept Will and Electra’s couple status intact.
Neither Electra nor Will knew what Ivy did. They didn’t have a chance to talk out the message Grace’s character put in the letter, and so their relationship strained further, as Ivy hoped.
However, viewers know through teaser scenes that Electra is going to learn what Ivy did and demand to know why her aunt took the letter.
It could be that Ivy is suffering from some untreated mental illness. That would explain her erratic behavior and targeting of Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock).
Alternatively, she could be under the influence of some prescription medication that’s causing her to behave differently than she has in recent years.
Ivy could also have developed some form of addiction, which would also help to explain why she’s fixated on Electra’s personal life.
B&B fans need more information and are awaiting an answer that presents a plausible reason for Ivy’s actions.
Plus, they’ll also need an outcome that doesn’t end the intriguing triangle between Will, Electra, and RJ because that’s good soap.

Viewers are sick to death of these lust triangles. The young adults and the elders
both. This is utterly ridiculous. IMO
I dislike Ivy immensely
