The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Katie’s Heart Crisis – Is Bridge To Blame?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) could have a major health crisis when her fragile heart gives out from the battle over Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) designs.

It could lead Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to feel guilty for risking Katie’s health over a handful of designs.

If Katie suffers a medical setback, it could open the door for Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) to offer her shoulder for Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) to lean on in his time of need. It would rock several storylines, all with one event!

Katie’s Stress Could Spell Heart Trouble

Katie had a heart transplant years ago. Every time she experiences any major stress, the Logans and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) worry that her heart could give out. It’s a fair concern, and it looks like B&B might want to go that direction for the current storyline.

Brooke and Ridge decide to sabotage Katie’s fashion preview, forever damaging her goal of ruining a successful fashion house. They tried to reason with Katie and Bill, who were dead set against handing the designs over and hiring their own designer.

Bill was adamant that the designs belonged to Spencer and not Eric. He designed them for Katie’s fashion line without an ownership stake.

Brooke and Ridge were not happy with that explanation. They felt Eric owned his designs, and if he pulled out of the deal, his designs should go with him. Without a compromise, Bill decided they would use Eric’s designs for Katie’s fashion preview.

Katie’s Heart Trouble

After Brooke and Ridge sabotage her fashion preview, the stress gets to Katie. She realizes that her dream of running a fashion house went up in smoke. Bridge made her fashion line look like a joke, which embarrassed Katie.

The stress of the situation causes a health crisis for Katie. She could have heart trouble, which would make Brooke and Ridge feel guilty for pushing her too far. Brooke will feel bad for her sister, devastated that she caused her heart to give out. It could prompt her to fold and convince Ridge to let Katie have Eric’s designs, as Katie’s life isn’t worth the fight over the sketches.

As for Dylan, she might use Katie’s health crisis to get closer to Will. She will notice that he needs someone to lean on, making her determined to be that person. She will listen as Will explains his fears about his mother’s heart, solidifying her place in Will’s life.
