The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers point to wishy-washy Eric Forrester (John McCook) reversing course yet again. Sure, he’s the OG LA designer, known ‘round the world for his fab fashions.

But he needs to decide whose side he’s on—his family’s or his enemy’s. All of the stress he’s under trying to placate his loved ones is eating into his delicate health as we saw on the February 20 episode.

The paramedics had to be called to treat a visibly agitated Eric and he must now make a hard choice.

Who Wins in the Fashion Wars?

Eric was put on the rollercoaster by his son Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Ridge kicked his dad to the curb of the company he built and in turn Eric waltzed across town to Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) new fashion house. The plan was to hit it out of the park and show Ridge what he’s missing.

Eric was disrespected by Ridge and he planned to teach him a lesson. Except that the stress of duplicity ate at Eric until a final showdown nearly sent him to the hospital.

We don’t blame Eric for wanting a fresh start and he and Katie were on fire with ideas about how to conquer the fashion world.

Eric Needs to Slow Down?

After the gang called 911 and Eric settled down, the crew realized that the situation of having to go against FC is too much for the titan.

In the end, Eric explained that what he really wants is the autonomy to make his own decisions and work at his company without snooty Ridge serving him Geritol shots on the hour.

B&B Spoilers Point to Reversals

Before the fracas, Ridge was impressed by Eric’s sketches and genuinely sorry that he hurt his dad. But is he man enough to capitulate and find a way to work alongside Eric without acting like a ringmaster?

Sizzling The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Eric will end up back at Forrester Creations—eventually. When that happens you can be sure that Katie and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will have to scramble to pick up the pieces.
