The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that it won’t be long until everyone hears Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) say that he knew this was going to happen all along.

Eric Forrester’s Epic Meltdown Is On The Way

That’s because all signs point to Eric Forrester (John McCook) having one epic meltdown when he realizes that he can’t keep up with the demand at his new job as the head designer at Logan.

Sure, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) had the best intentions in mind when she brought him along for her new fashion house, but little did she know that the pressure to make something exceptionally great was going to get to Eric.

That, and the fact that Ridge and Brooke Logan were both pushing Eric to retire at Forrester Creations is going to put even more pressure on him to prove to everyone that he still has what it takes to be the best designer in the world.

Sure, he might no longer be in his prime, but that doesn’t seem to matter to Eric at all. Instead, he wants to prove that he’s not incompetent, seeing how he was basically bullied to retire by two people he’s loved so much in his life – Ridge and Brooke.

That said, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers heavily suggest that Eric won’t be able to take it anymore and that he’s going to have an epic nightmare and at the worst time, too – right before Katie needs him the most.

What’s Next For Eric Forrester?

He won’t be able to finish his designs and he’s going to feel like an absolute failure, which is going to make things worse.

Eric doesn’t want to go down in history like this. He also doesn’t want to tarnish his legacy. That’s why he’s going to make a very difficult choice soon and it’s one that might cost Katie, too.
