General Hospital spoilers say that in this huge fictional town of Port Charles, you would think that he would have someone else to talk to other than his family, right? But that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

Michael Corinthos Lacks True Friends

Clearly, we are talking about Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as it’s pretty clear that the only two people that he feels comfortable enough to talk to are Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

And while it’s a good thing that Michael does have these two men to lean on whenever the going gets rough, a lot of General Hospital fans have noticed that he really doesn’t have anyone to talk to that isn’t already inside his family bubble.

Surely, someone like Michael could use a friend to talk to that’s not Jason or Dante, but it seems like the writers just haven’t given him an opportunity to form a bond with someone that he can trust.

It didn’t happen before he left to go to Germany after his burns and it certainly hasn’t happened since he’s been back home in Port Charles. That said, why is Michael such a loner?

Clearly, GH fans had a lot to say about the matter and took to the comments section on social media to add their thoughts.

What’s Next For Michael Corinthos?

Some even said, “I know the rebuild is still happening, but it’s weird that Michael’s best friends in a crisis are always his older brother and his daddy uncle.”

“They just blew up the one friendship he had, but that wasn’t much of one anyway considering that Michael stole his wife.”

Another critic wrote, “Well, I don’t think there are many characters that aren’t related in some way to every other character on the show. Michael has almost no choice but to talk to a family member.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Call me crazy… but maybe Trina. Spice it up a bit make them become friends and it be one of those thing is weird and awkward because you are the best friends brother but eventually.”
