Days of Our Lives Comings & Goings Jan 19-23: Major Character Returns – Major Character Exits

The Deverauxs Return

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of January 19-23 reveal that Jack Deveraux, played by Matthew Ashford, and Jennifer Horton Deveraux, played by Melissa Reeves, will return.

The grandparents will pop back on the canvas to iron out child custody issues with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). As such, fans can expect to see Cary Christopher as he reprises the Thomas DiMera role.

Trey DiMera’s Christening

Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Purdue are back as “Little T”, Trey DiMera, as the baby gets christened over the next few days. In addition, fans will see Father Bernard on canvas, played by Boise Holmes.

Plus, Bayview’s Dr. Gregory will return during the week of January 19-23, as Kim Hawthorne reprised the role.

Days of Our Lives fans will also be happy to learn that Foster will be back in storylines, as Miles Anderson reprises the part. Foster will not only give Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) some advice, but he’ll be there when she starts her first book club.

Finally, Kennedy Garcia is back on screen this week as Felicity Greene.

Casting Shocker

Days of Our Lives spoilers note that fans were shocked to learn this week that four pivotal players in Salem got the pink slip. Carson Boatman (Johnny DiMera), Raven Bowens (Chanel DiMera), Ashley Puzemis (Holly Jonas), and Leo Howard (Tate Black) were all fired from the soap.

With that said, as the daytime drama shoots several months in advance, the four characters will continue to be seen on the show until late 2026, possibly early 2027.
