General Hospital Spoilers: Is Ned Ignoring Drew’s Betrayal – Or Playing a Long Game?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has bounced back nicely from his heart attack. As if being hospitalized wasn’t bad enough, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) made the situation worse by walking away from Ned while he was writhing on the ground outside of Bobbie’s.

At that time Congressman Corrupt was gloating to Ned about stealing the Q belongings by having the movers go to his house where he gladly took possession of the possessions.

Ned Quartermaine Should Spill the Beans

This happened after Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) erupted and left the mansion to live with Lulu Spencer (Amanda Bruening). When Drew got wind of this he took advantage of the situation and stole everything Tracy was expecting.

As Ned listened to this tale, he became livid then had chest pains and ultimately collapsed on to the ground. Did Drew lift a finger to help Ned? Nope. Not a one.

Ned Should Tell Tracy Everything

We wish that we could say we were surprised, but this is typical Drew behavior. At the very least he should have called for help, and if he knew CPR he should have administered it.

Instead, Drew watched Ned as he contorted in agony and then simply walked away. To be honest, it brought back memories of Tracy doing the same to her dad Edward Q decades prior. Luckily Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) saw Ned and did the right thing.

What Happens Next in PC?

Happily for the Q clan, Ned is back home and his old self again. Except that there is something he has neglected to divulge, and that is how Drew treated him.

Why in the world hasn’t Ned told his family about Drew’s despicable act? The Q’s loathe Drew so it’s not like Ned would be ruining relationships by ratting out Drew.

We can think of two reasons why Ned has kept silent: to alleviate further pain for his loved ones, or because he has something sneaky in mind!

How Will Drew React?

According to TV Insider the truth will come out eventually and when it does, there will be heck to pay. We expect Tracy to rip Drew to shreds, but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will have a special kind of punishment for him as well.
