The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Katie Forrester (Heather Tom) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) are arguing over Katie’s choice of the name for her fashion house.

Katie has chosen to name her fashion house LOGAN, which is her last name, as well as her sister’s Brooke and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). Brooke claims that the name is owned by Forrester Creations as a trademark, but is it?

Brooke Logan Claims The Forrester Name

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) has always called Brooke “my Logan”. However, Brooke had her bedroom line at Forrester called Brooke’s bedroom.

Brooke and Ridge claim that the Logan name is trademarked at Forrester as Logan fashions, because of Brooke being well known in the industry by Brooke Logan, not Brooke Forrester.
However, Brooke hasn’t put a line out as Logan fashion and it seems as though the trademark has turn out when it comes to Forrester. Of course, this would make sense because of Brooke using Brooke’s Bedroom and not associating her last name with the line. Has Forrester actually allowed the patent on the Forrester name to run out?

Katie Logan Believes The Name Is Free

Katie has worked for Forrester for years and should know if there is anything restricting the use of the Logan name. After all, Katie has been the head of public relations forever. Katie would have to be aware of this information.

Katie has made sure that Brooke’s name appeared in magazines and on magazine covers for year.
If Katie isn’t aware of any restrictions how can there be one? Katies last name is Logan as well and she feels she should able to use her name if she wants.

Brooke is accusing Katie of wanting to cash in on her name. If they cannot come to an agreement, Ridge and Brooke will end up taking Katie to court over the name.

Liam Spencer And Carter Walton Search

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) are working against time to find out if Forrester still owns the use of the Logan name.

As they search the internet, will either of them find the direct truth about the Logan name? Will Katie end up changing her fashion company’s name inj the end?
It is exciting to see the sister fighting over their last name.

Of course, it is nice to see Katie standing up for herself and fighting to hold on to her legacy because she doesn’t want to use Spencer Publications or anything of the sort for her fashion line.

Which sister will end the battle for the Logan name in the end? How big of a rift will this leave between Katie and Brooke?
