Y&R Spoilers Tuesday, December 23: Nick Sets a Man-Trap, Traci’s Romantic Suggestion, Lily Explodes

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 23 reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) sets a trap for Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth) after his latest shenanigans.

At the same time, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) spies her ex Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in a naughty moment. Let’s get started by dishing all the dish that’s fit to print soap fans!

Annie is a Bad Girl

As Y&R fans know, bad cop Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) hit Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) on the noggin and left him, forcing Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) to abscond with her. Annie’s gun did all the talking.

On Tuesday’s episode, Noah tells Nick and his mom Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) what the heck happened. What happened is that Noah snuck out with his safety crew and the boom was lowered—we’re not sure he will admit that though. This iteration of Noah is a bit tougher and gruffer and we’re here for it!

Noah Has Turned Harder

Nick wonders if Sienna left him behind to reunite with Matt but Noah pushes back on the “Sienna is bad news” narrative. All he cares about is rescuing his girl, while Nick is intent on catching Matt in one of the many traps he’s set for him.

Meanwhile, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) imparts some words of wisdom to Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).

The Abbott House is Full of Advice

Traci is always thinking of others and in this episode she notices that Diane and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) need some alone time together at the holidays.

The focus has been on the Newman-Abbott feud but it’s time to relax according to Traci.

What happens Next in Genoa City?

Spoiler alert: Jack and Diane get to spend a cozy, romantic Christmas Eve together and they deserve it!

Elsewhere, Lily can’t believe her eyes: Cane and Phyllis looking way too intimate. Judgy Lily is not pleased because previously Cane told her that he wants nothing to do with Phyllis.
