Bill wants to start a fashion house and have his renewed bride run it isn’t unbelievable. However, it’s also convenient because it allows the major focus of this enduring soap opera to shift from all things Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and return to the Forresters, Logans, and Spencers battling each other.

Viewers have watched Katie’s slow walk back to Bill, which started before the multiple crises Luna drove these past months. Her recently ended storyline solidified Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) belief in Bill, as she saw his growth and was convinced that he was a changed man.

Dollar Bill Isn’t Gone Forever

There will always be some Dollar in Bill. A series of humorous scenes has allowed Diamont to project his comedic chops.

Seeing Bill react as he normally would, then catch himself and respond as his now-favored older son, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), would make devoted and newer viewers alike smile.

Money is the reason why Spencer Publications, Forrester Creations, and other businesses in this version of Los Angeles, California, exist. Every Liamism that could be spouted only happens because someone, somewhere, paid for products that are offered for sale. Luna’s manipulation forced Bill to recognize priorities, with his loved ones being paramount.

Katie Logan Benefits In More Ways Than One

Katie’s true love is Bill. Always has been and always will be.

Will Spencer (Crew Morrow), with a nod to the last word of the last sentence intended, is a major reason why his parents reconciled. Katie, along with Bill, realized that life is too short to mine old grudges. People with self-involved agendas behave like that. The renewed Spencer clan is looking to create bright futures.

Remarrying Bill completes a long circle back to the only man who ever truly mattered to Katie. Re-adding Spencer to her last name is also something her Logan family members support one hundred percent.

Yet, Katie never anticipated Bill’s renewed interest in fashion or wanting her to lead that venture. His enlightened idea opens many possibilities at a time when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) surprisingly sidelined Katie at FC.

Eric Forrester Is Also Sidelined

Eric’s emotions are all over the place. First, wanting to return to full-time designing. Then, he was hurt by Ridge’s insistence that he should retire as a protective health measure. Now, Eric rejects his adopted son’s apology and request to work together on the next fashion line.

The immediate future appears obvious, which would seem too easy. Having Katie run the new fashion venture that Bill’s funding and Eric take his designs to the man who has long been considered a Forrester family enemy?
