General Hospital Spoilers: Could Valentin’s Cassadine Charisma Work Its Magic On Carly?

General Hospital spoilers report Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) met face to face on Friday during a home invasion.

Carly’s lakeside home in the last place we expected to see Valentin turn up. Judging from the heated phone call Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) got just minutes before, we’re guessing he received word that Valentin was on the loose.

This is not it appears he and Carly had agreed upon, but it seems she’s going to be his accomplice now moving forward if she wants to ensure the safety of her daughter while sticking it to Jack. But in the process, she’ll endanger herself aiding and abetting a fugitive.

Meh, it’s nothing she hasn’t done before. With Carly no longer feeling anything but disdain for Jack, will she fall for Valentin as he paves the way for her to rescue her daughter from the world of the WSB?

Jack is History

Carly is putting on a pretty good act, even though Jack keeps seeking reassurance as he surely senses something is still off between them since the truth came out that Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) is a WSB agent.

Now that Bryce is MIA — and Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) is furious about it, Jack may have his hands full dealing with her.

Joss is growing more discontent every day with the tasks he has laid out before her that require her to entangle innocent members of her family in her WSB work.

Who will lash out first — Joss to out him to Carly, or Carly to tell him she already knows what he’s done? In the meantime, it’ll be Valentin conspiring with her to make sure that moment hits just right.

GH Spoilers Leak Anna is Out of the Way

Normally, we’d say no one can really earn their way into Valentin’s bed or heart because he is still pining over Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), but GH has done well to make sure she’s out of sight and mostly out of mind here.

Everyone thinks she’s on some WSB mission far away, and while Valentin may come to question that, Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Acting Police Commissioner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and her own granddaughter Emma Scoprio Drake (Bradyn Bruner) don’t seem to suspect anything just yet.

Valentin will likely have a much easier time falling for Carly’s desire to eviscerate Jack while Anna is out of the picture.

Carly Never Could Resist a Bad Boy

Let’s face it: Bad boys are Carly’s type — even at this age. Whether they’re on the right side of the law or not is irrelevant. Even with a WSB agent, she was warned against him repeatedly but just couldn’t keep herself from wanting more Jack Brennan.

She went to visit him in prison, and wasn’t put off by his ability to expel himself from it and into the role of the Port Charles WSB Station Chief.

In fact, that lured her in more. Carly loves powerful men, even if they draw it from unsavory places. But that has come back to bite her this time with Jack using his power to target her daughter.

There may be no two people better aligned — when it comes to their fierce love for their children — than Carly and Valentin. Will they form an alliance and find themselves embroiled in romance in the mix? Keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
