Days of Our Lives Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Rachel Hospitalized, Horton Missing, Custody Battle Intensifies

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the next 2 weeks suggest some twists! For one thing, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is in grave danger.

Could the missing person be Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark)? If so, is he the victim or the attacker? Meanwhile, Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will continue warring over the children.

Also, what is going to happen to Rachel Black (Alice Halsey)? Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Rachel Black Hospitalized

Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s start off by discussing what is coming up from November 24 to 28. Rachel made sure that Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) had an allergic reaction. However, once Sarah told Rachel the story of the kidnapping, the little girl had a change of heart. It was too late to stop Sarah from eating the pistachio ice cream, though. 

Sarah did have an Epi-Pen in her purse, thankfully. Then, the ambulance will take Sarah to the hospital. 

However, at some point next week, Rachel ends up hospitalized. The little girl lies with her eyes closed with Smore the Snake next to her. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Tate Black (Leo Howard) appear to be praying for her recovery.

Horton Goes Missing

There will also be a Horton that goes missing during Thanksgiving dinner. I wonder if this could be Jeremy? I’m just not sure if he’s really targeting Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

I’m starting to wonder if Jeremy has a lookalike or secret twin in town. In any case, Alex will continue worrying for Stephanie’s safety.

Of course, it’s also possible that this isn’t Jeremy that is drugging take-out drinks. Maybe it is some rabid fan of One Stormy Night.

What Else to Expect

There will also be Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), who is grateful to the Hernandez family for Thanksgiving. However, that will just make Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) feel even guiltier. 

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) makes a special dessert for Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon).

Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) has a run-in with Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens).

As for Jennifer’s custody battle, she’s going to be in for a fight. I don’t see Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) just signing his rights away.

Week of December 1, 2025

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the next 2 weeks reveal that fans could see Jennifer and Chad head to court. However, could something happen that makes Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) realize how much he still needs his dad?

There is also Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) kidnapping. The person responsible still isn’t known, but Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) has been mentioned a lot lately.
