The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers indicate that when Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint Victor) believes he is in love with a woman he tends to go all out.

Carter has recently broken up with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and is pursuing Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire). Carter went after Daphne hours after he broke up with Hope. Will Carter blow this by proposing to Daphne too soon?

Carter Walton Rushes Things

Carter seems to want to move from point A to point Z and ignore a great deal of steps in between. This has led to Carter having several failed engagements and a few have actually made it to the altar before falling apart. Carter’s decision to move on to Daphne so quickly has proven this.

Carter has known for months that Daphne has had feelings for him and tried to get Carter to stay away from Hope. However, Carter just assumed that he and Daphne could jump right into a relationship after him choosing Hope over her. Daphne is not ready to jump into this relationship without making Carter work for it.

Daphne Rose Doesn’t Want To Be Hurt Again

Daphne came to town to split up Carter and Hope originally. Carter eventually kissed Daphne but refused to cheat on Hope.

Now Daphne needs to know that she can trust him. Daphne is determined to make Carter prove that he is worthy of her before she takes that step. Daphne is not going to up into bed with Carter like everyone else. Carter is going to earn this.

Carter has wanted a family for years now and this is what causes him to move so fast. People can understand where Carter is coming from since he has no family of his own. Could Carter desire for a family cause him to completes blow his chance with Daphne because he suddenly decides to propose to her way too soon?

Carter Walton Takes The Wrong Approach

Carter does not seem to know how to navigate a relationship at all. After all, look at his history. Carter never allows his relationships to progress to take into account what the other person wants. Carter doesn’t discuss how his relationship should progress with his partner he just wants to move full speed ahead.

Carter could completely blow this relationship by making Daphne think that he just wants a fiancé so it looks as though he is moving toward building the family he wants.

What if Daphne doesn’t even want kids?  Is Carter truly the man for Daphne or will he end up breaking her heart with false promises like he has others?  Should Carter learn to put on the breaks and take this extra slow?
