The Young and the Restless Redding Munsell (Harrison Abbott) Lands Role In Werewolf Movie

The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Harrison Abbott is a very cool kid, living his best life as the heir to the Abbott and Jabot legacy. Meanwhile, the character’s portrayer, Redding Munsell, recently shared some fun news about a project outside the world of daytime drama.

Redding Munsell Dabbles In Film

Munsell announced on Instagram that he’s starring in a new short movie titled, “Werewolf”, working alongside Addison Timlin.

He uploaded several photos on IG of his work with his fellow actors and crew, on the set where filming took place. The caption of the Instagram post read, “So grateful for the opportunity to grow and act alongside this amazing team!”

 The caption also noted, “Thank you for such an incredible experience and memories. PS my werewolf teeth finally came in!” In addition, Munsell took the time to thank his talent agency, MGMT Artists, and his agent, German Morales, in the post.

Werewolf Is Dark

The land of Genoa City can get dark at times, so Munsell is no stranger to this type of genre. Werewolf centers on a single mom who must face her demons. The only thing standing in the way of her unbearable “hunger” is her young son.

The flick is written by Nick and Lascaris Kreiss and directed by Andre Lascaris. Werewolf recently debuted at the Austin Film Festival.

At the young age of 10, Munsell has been making major waves in the acting world for years now. At the age of 6, he snagged the 2022 International Presentation of Performers Child Actor of the Year Award and has since filled his acting resume with short films, commercials, and other projects.

In April 2024, Munsell joined the Y&R as Harrison Abbott and has been delighting soap audiences since.

Harrison is a bright, charming, and easy-going kid (despite the drama that surrounds him), and is much loved by not only the Abbotts but the Newmans, too. Despite the families’ rivalry, he’s even won the heart of “The” Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)!
