Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) faces a health crisis thanks to Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). Meanwhile, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) gets closer to a diagnosis. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.
Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s discuss what’s happening from November 17 to 21. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) has returned to Salem to meet her newest grandchild.
However, she has also crossed paths with three of her exes! Sami also announced she is engaged to Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) cousin. As fans know, Ava came from a mob family, so everyone is understandably concerned. Not to mention Sami has only been dating the guy for two months!
Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) gather to talk about Sami. Lucas suggests that the blonde might be just trying to get under their skin.
Rafe will tell Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) that Kristen has escaped from prison. However, fans know that a blindfolded Kristen discovered her captor was none other than Tony! So, how is Tony in Salem when he’s supposed to be missing overseas? Why would he put Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) through that?
Lucas tried to warn Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) about her custody plans. However, she gets legal papers drawn up anyways.
Then, she invites Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) over and expects him to just sign over custody of his kids. It doesn’t help that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) is supporting Jennifer’s extreme reaction. What is she going to tell the judge, that she doesn’t like one of Chad’s friends?
Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) drink will get tampered with. Of course, Alex and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will suspect Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark). However, Jeremy just might be a red herring.
Fans will also see Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) confront Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). It seems Xander doesn’t take it too well when Brady wants to date Sarah!
Speaking of Sarah, Rachel makes sure that the doctor has an allergic reaction. When Sarah can’t breathe, Rachel looks horrified, as if she didn’t realize allergies could be fatal. Then, Brady demands answers from Rachel!
Fans will likely see Sarah’s fate during the week of November 24. It’s likely that the doctor will recover. However, Rachel obviously needs professional help. It might be time for Brady to really consider his daughter’s future.
As for Sarah, she might not want to risk another killer attempt, so she could decide dating Brady isn’t for her. That could lead to Sarah seeing Xander in a more positive light, especially if he continues with therapy.
As for Marlena, she is likely to have a diagnosis. We know that a cardiologist was mentioned, so let’s see what’s going on with her heart.
