Liam Debuts

Days of Our Lives spoilers imply that Hank Northrop, son of General Hospital’s Lynn Herring (Lucy Coe) and the late DOOL alum Wayne Northrop (ex-Roman Brady and ex-Dr. Alex North), will make his debut as Liam on the Wednesday, October 29 episode. Liam is not only Theo Carver’s (Tyler Joseph Andrews) former high school bully but will also be Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) literacy mentee.

Northrop will share scenes with Reynolds and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) on Wednesday’s show.

Goodbye, Thomas & Rachel!

While Thomas DiMera, played by Cary Christopher, and Rachel DiMera, played by Alice Halsey, have been cooking up some drama on the soap recently, the young actor and actress are slated to exit the soap soon.

Christopher confirmed his Days departure via social media recently, noting he is exiting because of other projects, mainly a new series regular role on an Amazon Prime show coming in 2026. Thomas will be seen this week during the Halloween show on Friday, October 31.

Halsey will also be exiting at one point, as she’s scored the role of Laura Ingalls in the new Netflix Little House on the Prairie reboot.

Casting Notes – Week of October 27

In other casting news, Jennifer Deveraux will return this week as Melissa Reeves reprises her legendary role. She’ll be seen during the Tuesday, October 28 show, opposite Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) Plus, Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) former juror friend, Adam, played by Timothy Hornor will also appear during the Thursday, October 30 episode, when he has a run-in with Leo.
