The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers reveal that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester, has been absent from social medical since her maternity leave exit from the show.
One thing that certainly came from this was the arguments of fan about the gender of Wood’s fifth child. Wood is now back and clearing up the confusion about her absence. Where has Wood been?
Wood recently resurfaced on her social media accounts letting everyone know that she had made her return to The Bold and The Beautiful after her maternity leave.
Along with her return came a major announcement that fans have been wondering about for months now. After much fans speculation, Wood revealed not only the gender of her new baby, but the name as well.
Wood married Elan Ruspoli in 2018. Since then the two have started a family that has continued to grow. Wood and Ruspoli live in Los Angeles and have five children.
The fifth of which has been a great deal of discussion among Wood’s fans. Woods son are Rise Harlen, Lenix, Brando Elion, and Valor James. Wood also made an announcement that could affect her family and her time on the show.
Wood announced in March that she was expecting her fifth child and about about seven months along. Since then the actress has updated fans on her life. On October 14, Wood shared a post with several photos of her new baby. Wood then posted a simple caption on the photos “A little slice of paradise.”
Wood answered the burning question that fans have been asking for ages now posting, “welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy at home.
This season has been all about being still, soaking in every precious moment, and embracing the quiet magic of new beginnings. Social media took a little back seat, but I’m so happy to be back and say hello again.”
Wood shared other updates as well including her baby’s name and several photos of her new little bundle of joy.
Wood said, “The most special news of all… we welcomed our newest baby boy: Talon Ruspoli.” She continued, “We had a peaceful home birth surrounded by our sons, and I’ll be sharing our birth story soon (for those of you who love reading birth stories as much as I do.) Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your kindness, and the warm messages you’ve sent during this quiet season. Our hearts are so full.”
Congratulations to Wood and her family on the new addition. Fans are happy to have Wood back on screen and cannot wait to see what is next for Steffy.

I am a fan of the show, but I am not a fan of Mrs. Wood. I still think she needs to be at home with her children.
We are in the year 2025, not 1950! Every woman has the freedom to choose their path, as I hope you did. Stay well.
