General Hospital spoilers say there’s a good reason why they’ve been acting like they’ve known each other for years. That’s because they have.
Clearly, we are talking about Michael Corinthos (Rory Ribson) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). A lot of fans can’t help but wonder if there is a history that connects these two characters. Well, luckily we got some answers. Michael and Lulu are part of the same blood line, but there’s more to their history.
Of course, fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “Just like Lulu/Carly, Lulu/Michael used to be close once. As mentioned below, she was there when he awoke from his coma and then lived w/her and Dante once upon a long time ago. As a Spencer family fan, I’m glad to see these Spencer family relations coming back with AH as Lulu now.”
Another fan of the show recalled, “They were close a long time ago. Lulu was actually the person in the room when Michael woke up from a coma and Michael lived with her and Dante after he was released from prison and one of the conditions for release was Dante taking ‘custody’ of him. But it’s been a while.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Michael and Lulu are cousins by blood but are also in-laws. It’s nice seeing them in more scenes together. I don’t mind it at all.”
“I swear the writers of this show must have spreadsheets of the various family trees to make sure incest doesn’t happen, because all these characters seem related to each other somehow but are always sleeping with each other.”
GH fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

I don't feel writers need a spread sheet to keep up with who is related to who or should the two be paired regardless of the situation, because if they decide to do it, it is done. Therefore, viewers receive the merry-go-round of almost every character having been paired with almost every other character at one time or another.
