Like many men on the CBS soap, Carter is unable to resist the urge to play the role of a rescue ranger, in other words, a knight in shining armor. When it comes to women, he enjoys stepping up as a hero to damsels in distress, in order to gain their admiration.
Recently, viewers witnessed this in Carter’s takeover storyline, which was sparked by Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) mistreatment at Forrester Creations.
Although Carter eventually came to understand his mistakes, Hope and Carter’s rescuing tendencies played a significant role in the initial takeover. It seems Carter might have another storyline developing that pushes him to take drastic measures and act heroically.
As Carter has developed caring feelings for Daphne, complications could arise when someone from her past reemerges. This encounter might draw Carter nearer to Daphne due to his instinct to be a hero.
Spoilers from B&B suggest that a figure from Daphne’s past will show up, potentially an old love interest.
If Daphne has an ex with obsessive behaviors, she could feel threatened when he attempts to contact her in Los Angeles.

Today’s show sealed the deal that this show has writers that phone it in over and over. Ridge brutally hurting Taylor for another Brooke redo is the last straw. Why couldn’t Taylor win for once. The Brooke and Hope show is boring and unwatchable. I will probably call it quits now, I only hope Thomas and Stephi cut ties with their lousy father finally. Stand with their mom.
