General Hospital spoilers say that if there’s one thing that the casting department did right these last few years, it’s cast actor Finn Carr as Rocco Falconeri.

The Producers Got This Detail Right When It Comes To Rocco

That’s because many people would agree that the actor truly does look like the real-life son of Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havens). It’s hard not to do a double take, right?

Rocco has had a really hard time in Port Charles lately, but at least there’s no denying where his roots come from.

Of course, fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. A lot of them were actually torn about whether or not Rocco really does look like his on-screen parents.

Some even commented with, “He does look like a Spencer/ Falconeri/ Corinthos so sure. He’s kind of tall to be Dante and Lulu’s. But Britt and Patrick are both tall. Just sayin.”

“He’s a great actor too. I enjoy all his scenes.”

Another critic wrote, “He looks nothing like Dante and Lulu. Gino looks like Dante. Gio looks like BLQ and Dante, very strong Italian genes there.”

What’s Next For Rocco?

“Lulu is super pale. So is Britt. He could take after one of them. The WHO depends on if the writers decide to retcon or not.”

And then there was this comment as well: “My theory on how they might change his maternity. I’m just sharing an idea here. Back then, Lulu had popular eggs. They were stolen multiple times. That’s how we have her daughter with Valentin.”

“Liz only ever tested Dantes’ DNA to Rocco and got a match. Dante and Rocco also share an allergy. It’s assumed Lulu’s his mom based on Britt’s confession.”
