General Hospital Spoilers: Who’s the Most Delusional Resident in Port Charles? Fans Weigh In!

General Hospital spoilers report with several Port Charles residents displaying wildly delusional behaviors that are driving plot twists and heated debates online!

From Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) misguided advocacy to Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) desperate power plays, the town has no shortage of characters living in their own realities.

As viewers dissect who takes the crown for most out of touch, speculation is mounting about new additions to the delusional roster — perhaps a darker Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) return, channeling Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) villainy while holding Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) captive, or Heather Webber (Alley Mills) resurfacing, her “recovery” from temporary insanity revealed as a clever ruse.

With fresh faces potentially amplifying the madness, who’s truly the most delusional now?

Chase and Stella: Blind Spots and Wake-Up Calls

Chase tops many fans’ lists for his delusional optimism, pleading Willow’s case to Judge Eva Heran (Tessa Auberjoinois) without knowing her full story — like her sabotage of Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy Corinthos Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford).

As one Facebook post put it, “If he knew the truth, he’d sing a different tune!” His blind faith in his ex could backfire spectacularly. Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), meanwhile, started off delusional by downplaying her fraud charges, but Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) snapped her out of it, avoiding prison for now.

Her quick turnaround shows not all delusions last, but fans wonder if Stella’s optimism will hold amid the Ashford family chaos.

Kai and Portia: Shifts in Loyalty and Secrets

Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) delusion shattered when he overheard Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) remorseless lies about Stella, flipping him to Team Ashford after initially backing the congressman.

Pretending loyalty to Drew while plotting against him adds a layer of calculated madness. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), however, clings to denial about her marriage’s end, removing her ring post-fight with Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) but harboring secrets like her fling with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and past drugging of Drew alongside Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

If Portia comes away from this thinking there is any hope for her marriage, she is absolutely delusional.

Drew and Willow: Power Plays and Desperation

Drew’s arrogance makes him a strong contender, flitting around causing chaos without fearing backlash — he thinks his smarts shield him, but fans predict a “huge downfall.” Willow, though, might edge him out as the most delusional, selling her soul to Drew for her kids despite his toxicity.

Impressed by his power, she wants to wield it against Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), ignoring the risks. As delusions mount, new characters could join: a twisted Nathan adopting Faison’s dark side, imprisoning Britt, or Heather faking sanity to return for Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).

Will these amplify the madness? Chime in, GH fans — who’s your pick for most delusional? Share your thoughts with us in the comments, and stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.

  • In my opinion, there are two delusional characters in PC at this time. Both Drew/Willow are delusional. Drew believing he his getting over on everyone and will never have to suffer consequences and Willow for believing in Drew and all of his foolish misdeeds.

  • Chase isn't delusional. He just has a good heart and compassion for Willow, who he used to be madly in love with, and who he sees as a victim. True, he doesn't know all she's done, but that doesn't make him delusional, just uninformed.
