Katie Just Gave Her Son Will The Worst Advice

Will told his mother the truth about how he was assaulted the night that he got too drunk. However, he doesn’t know it was Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) who did it!

Katie tells her son not to say about it to his girlfriend Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) in the hopes that she will never find out what happened between Will and the woman that sexually assaulted him the night that he was inebriated.

Because according to Katie, what Electra doesn’t know won’t hurt her, right? But is this really the best possible way of going about things? The common sense answer to that is of course, no.

Will needs to find out that it was Luna as she needs to pay the price for her high crime.

What’s Next For Will Spencer?

As our fans can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some have even commented with, “Katie is telling him maybe he doesn’t tell Electra, instead of reporting this and trying to figure it out with him. Cameras from the restaurant, police, etc.”

“Just because it’s a male this happened to, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen amd it’s rather disturbing how the show is brushing this off.”

Another critic of the show wrote, “I absolutely abhor this SA storyline. It is triggering to many people and not helpful. Predators need to be put away. Victims need to piece their shattered lives back together.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Agreed, if Will was Willow instead, she would not be thinking this way! Young men are raised to just be quiet about rape, and Katie is a horrible example for a mother in this situation! Oh, you’re a man, that’s not rape, oh, you were drunk!”
