The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) commitment to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is facing an unexpected test.

The belief that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was a goner has passed, meaning that his desire to reconcile with Hope will be revived.

Devoted fans saw Liam say that he wanted Hope back months before his fake tumor scare. But he didn’t tell his three-time ex-wife that.

Carter completely understood Hope’s need to provide support for Liam during what seemed to be the last chapter of his soapy life.

But Carter’s perception will shift as he realizes that the scam Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) pulled on Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) makes Liam a healthy rival.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan Is Also a Three-Time Bride

Liam was also married to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) on three occasions. Viewers know the triangular-shaped arrangement, or whatever it can be called, dominated the last decade-plus of this show.

Between 2011 and 2023, Liam married and was divorced a combined total of six times to those two women. That outrageous instability impacted him, them, and their children, with the children being of first importance.

Steffy is currently clearing her head outside of Los Angeles, California, after the many dramatic events that have transpired.

Viewers know that Wood took a leave of absence from the show because she was pregnant with her and her husband’s expected fifth child.

Clifton’s character will likely commiserate with Steffy when she returns to town regarding his renewed feelings for Hope.

Carter Walton Wants A Family

Carter has been trying for years to have a family. Of course, he might have a child that one of his past loves never revealed. But if that never proves true, then he wants Hope to be the mother of his first child.

Theirs was an unexpected coupling. But it was also one that made sense, as viewers would know from their own work-related experiences. Plenty of people either find love at work or know people who met in that manner.

One reason why pairing Carter and Hope made sense is that they’d known each other for years, were friends, and found themselves at the right emotional place in time. Ideally, they would become engaged later this year.

Liam Spencer Can’t Be Discounted

Hope’s feelings for Carter are intense. She described him as different than any other man, which included Liam.

But she was seeing her first love and possibly her only true one as fading. He was going to be referenced forever as the loving, late father of their daughter, Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza).

The news John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) forced Grace to tell Liam was incredible. Hope was aside of him in that scene when it was delivered.

Liam will likely play off that life-altering event as motivation to make another effort to win Hope back. Whether she will be open to it will soon be seen.
