The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) might utter six angry words following Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) betrayal involving Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire).
It appears that Carter is bound to give in to temptation, so let’s explore Hope’s response when her engagement crumbles.
Hope was certainly hesitant about allowing her heart to be open to Carter once more, especially after their plans for the Forrester takeover fell apart in such a destructive way.
Coupled with her unresolved hurt from the situation involving Daphne, she had every reason to maintain her defenses, and even put up emotional walls.
Nevertheless, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) encouraged Hope to embrace her feelings for Carter and consider rekindling their relationship, and everyone believing Liam was dying, they did what he requested.
This ultimately resulted in the reunion of Hope and Carter, and once again brought their wedding plans into focus. Sadly, Daphne’s reappearance in Los Angeles is set to stir up some romantic turmoil between the couple again.
The CBS soap has undoubtedly reintroduced Daphne to disrupt Hope and Carter’s chance at a happy ending-their relationship has always been somewhat weak.
The series failed to provide Hope and Carter with the necessary development, making it unsurprising that someone like Daphne could step in and cause chaos.
Daphne still gazes at Carter with a desire that suggests she wants to tear his clothes off, indicating a significant risk of conflict.
This is particularly evident given that Carter was quite flirtatious with Daphne when she reappeared at Forrester Creations. That’s a sure sign the attraction he feels to her is still very strong.
It likely won’t take long before Daphne makes another move on Carter, potentially leading to another kiss or even a night together.
Hope might catch them in the act, given that B&B enjoys crafting dramatic moments like that; regardless, Carter’s loyalty will soon be challenged – a challenge he might ultimately fail. If Carter gives in and betrays Hope with Daphne, she could face some heartbreak ahead.
If such a scenario unfolds, Hope might exclaim those six furious words we’ve teased: “I never should’ve trusted you again!” This could trigger Hope to unleash her anger, regretting that she didn’t stand firm instead of consenting to a reconciliation with Carter.
