Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) had tried to get Taylor to go with him to Italy so she could be with Ridge.
However, Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will reunite after Brooke’s accident. Will Taylor and Nick comfort each other?
Taylor is convinced that Ridge will stand by his commitment to her even though everyone has tried to warn her otherwise. Nick warned Taylor what might happen between Brooke and Ridge in Italy.
Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) tried to warn Taylor as well because they know how Brooke and Ridge work.
Taylor made fun of Donna when she told her that Ridge and Brooke belong together. Funny how Taylor forgets how quickly Ridge dropped her that last time they were engaged. Ridge is fickle, he always has been.
Ridge is a waffler when it comes to women. Ridge is in love with Brooke and that family knows that.
Nick has set up a romantic trip on a boat that has been having some major issues. Nick pushed until the mechanic put it back together so he could take it on a romantic ride.
Nick, with ring on hand, rescued Brooke from another argument with Ridge. Unfortunately, things will not go as Nick has planned.
Nick and Brooke have set sail with Brooke lying on the boat in the sun. However, something will happen that puts Brooke’s life in danger and Ridge will be her hero.
Ridge will have an epiphany and choose to be with Brooke. Once again, Brooke will be revealed as his destiny and Taylor will be his ex-wife and nothing more.
Taylor and Nick may bond over their broken hearts. After all, Taylor is expecting Ridge to come home and marry her.
Nick had hoped that Brooke would walk away from this merry go round of emotions with Ridge. How many times has Ridge done Brooke wrong? How many more times does her heart have to be broken for Brooke to see the truth?
Nick and Taylor could easily find comfort in each other and connect on a romantic level.
Taylor has told everyone how great Nick is, so why doesn’t she get into a relationship with Nick and let him give her the world? Will Taylor leave with Nick for nothing more than to make Ridge see a woman he cares about walk away with
Nick? Will Taylor use Nick to try to get Ridge back?

The definition of "insanity"... doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. Sound like Taylor, anyone? I like Rebecca Budig (remember Greenlee on AMC). The role of Taylor is not suited to her. She is far too young... basically she would have had Steffy when she was 14. Taylor would not have been out of High School, let alone Medical School. Brooke and Ridge break-ups have become boring as we all know the eventual outcome. Writers (and Taylor), please move on.
