The Young And The Restless Spoilers Monday, August 4: Claire & Kyle Badger Vulnerable Adam

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, August 4 tease that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) meet unexpectedly.

Klaire go to Newman Media where they surprise Adam. What, pray tell, do they want with him? They admit to basically ambushing him then spill the beans.

Klaire Want to Forego Victor

Adam wisely surmises that this may have something to do with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Claire refutes that she nor Kyle need Victor’s blessing on anything since they are of age (and then some).

They recall how in Nice, France, Kyle vowed his love for Claire to Victor. Now it’s time to move in together and they want to know if Adam’s place is still available. Never mind that Victor forbid such an arrangement—will Adam take their side in this mess?

Claire and Kyle Pressure Adam

Claire’s dad Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) just died and that is a wake-up call to her to seize every day. She never in a million years thought that she would find, and then lose, her dad in such little time, but here she is.

We predict that recent events have made both Claire and Kyle realize how much they love each other. Thus, they don’t want to waste another minute not being in each other’s company.

Klaire Stare Down Victor

Have you noticed that Claire is more emboldened around Victor? We suspect that she will continue to defy grandpa, and secretly he will be pleased since it shows she has Newman DNA.

Nonetheless, Victor won’t change his mind about worthless Kyle! He is not fit for a Newman and he’ll be damned if he let’s his granddaughter marry beneath herself—you got that?

And how will Adam respond to Claire’s request? He may be influenced by the warming of relations with his sister, and Claire’s mom, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Klaire Could Luck Out

Adam and Victoria found a new bond in recent days, and he may be loathe to rock the boat with her daughter. Can Claire and Kyle convince Adam to side with them, or is he more than willing to go along with their brash deal?
